The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is wanted in connection to a forcible touching incident, that occurred within the confines of the 52nd Precinct / Transit District 11 in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at approximately 1909 hours, inside of the Bedford Park Boulevard and Lehman College station, the 37-year-old female victim ascended the staircase to the platform of the southbound 4 train when an unknown individual poked her in the buttocks. The individual then fled onto the southbound 4 train.

The victim was not injured.

The individual is described as an adult male, Black, approximately in his 20s, 5’08” tall, weighing 140 lbs., with long black hair in braids, and brown eyes.

He last seen wearing a black jacket, blue sweat pants and green sneakers.
