The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male, seen in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is sought in connection with a forcible touching pattern, which occurred within the confines of the 70th Precinct in Brooklyn.

Details are as follows.

Incident #1: It was reported to police that on Monday, February 07, 2022, at 1700 hours, on the corner of E. 27t Street and Avenue 1, an unidentified male approaches the victim, a 28-year-female, and grabbed her buttocks. The unidentified male fled on foot, westbound on Avenue 1. The victim was not injured as a result of this incident.

Incident #2: It was reported to police that on Monday, February 07, 2022, at 1705 hours, in front of 877 E. 24th Street, an unidentified male approached the victim, a 19-year-old female, and grabs her from behind and grinded on her. The unidentified male fled on foot. The victim was not injured as a result of this incident.
