The New York City Police Department is seeking the public s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clips, who is wanted in connection to a forcible touching pattern, which occurred within the confines of the 107th Precinct in Queens.
The following has been reported to police.
1: On Wednesday, November 10, 2021, between the hours of 0730 and 0815 hours, the individual boarded a Q65 bus at 164th Street and Hillside Avenue.
The individual approached a 26-year-old female victim and proceeded to press his groin against her buttocks.
The individual then exited the bus at 164th Street and 82nd Road.
No injuries have been reported as a results of this incident.
2: On Wednesday, November 10, 2021, between the hours of 0815 and 0830, the individual returned back to 164th Street and Hillside Avenue and boarded another Q65 bus.
The individual approached a 14-year-old victim and proceeded to press his groin against her buttocks, as well as grab her buttocks over her clothing.
The individual exited the bus and fled in an unknown direction.
No injuries have been reported as a result of this incident.
3: It was reported to police that on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at approximately 0750 hours, on a Q25 bus, an unknown individual approached a 15-year-old female victim and touched her buttocks several times over her clothing.
The individual proceeded to press his groin area against the victim’s buttocks.
The individual exited the bus at 82nd Road and Parsons Boulevard and fled to parts unknown.
No injuries have been reported as a result of this incident.
4: It was reported to police that on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at approximately 1600 hours, on a B46 bus in the vicinity of Utica Avenue and Flatlands Avenue, an unknown individual approached a 28-year-old female victim and pressed his groin area against the victim’s buttocks.
The individual fled to parts unknown.
No injuries have been reported as a result of this incident.
The individual is described as a teenage male, Black, with black hair.
He was last seen wearing a white jacket, dark colored pants, white sneakers and a blue surgical mask.
