Help Identify A Criminal Mischief Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip, who is in connection to a criminal mischief incident, that occurred within the confines of the 5th Precinct in Manhattan.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at approximately 0800 hours, in front of 111 Christie Street, an unidentified male individual did kick and damage candles and flowers, that were placed for a death memorial.

The unidentified male individual then fled on foot to parts unknown.

The unidentified individual is described as a male, with a medium build.

He was last seen wearing a dark oversized jacket, dark pants, dark boots and carrying a black book bag.

A surveillance video clip of the suspect is attached and available at DCPI.
