On Monday, December 27, 2021, at approximately 0056 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an aided male in front of 109-11 212th Street, within the confines of the 105th Precinct in Queens.
Upon arrival, officers observed an unconscious, unresponsive 31-year-old male with a gun shot wound to the head.
EMS also responded and transported the victim to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following 32-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged as indicated:.

- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
