On Sunday, May 11, 2025, at approximately 1752 hours, police responded to a 911 call for a male, stabbed at E. Fordham Road and Webster Avenue, within the confines of the 48th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 31-year old male with multiple stab wounds to the torso.
The victim was transported by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 20-year-old male individual was arrested and charged on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 1000 hours, within the confines of the 48th Precinct.

Charges:
- murder in the 2nd degree;
- manslaughter in the 1st degree;
- criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree.
The investigation remains ongoing.
