On Monday, May 02, 2022, at 1753 hours, police responded to a report of a male, assaulted at a reside tial address on Irwin Avenue, within the confines of the 50th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival officers discovered a 43-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the torso.
EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
