The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
Missing:
Chelsea Winkfield
416 E. 138th Street
Bronx, NY 10454
It was reported to police that Chelsea Winkfield was last seen at her residence at 0600 hours on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.
The missing is described as a 14-year-old female, Black, approximately 4’11” tall, weighing 100 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
She was wearing a black jacket with a red scarf, black jeans with rips and red boots.
