On Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at approximately 0206 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot inside of 114 W. 137th Street, within the confines of the 32nd Precinct in Manhattan.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 40-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the torso in an apartment on the first floor of the location.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem, where he was later pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
