On Saturday, September 24, 2022, at approximately 2357 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot at 673 Hunts Point Avenue, within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, police observed a 45-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the head.
EMS transported the male to NYC Health + Hosptials / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following two (2) 18-year-old male individuals have been arrested and charged on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at 0800 hours, within the confines of the 41st Precinct.

- manslaughter (2 counts);
- criminal possession of a weapon (2 counts).

The investigation remains ongoing.
