The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.

Shamar Francis
514 Concord Avenue
Bronx, NY 10455
It was reported to police Shamar Francis was last seen leaving his residence on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at approximately 1615 hours.
The missing is described as a 27-year-old male, Black, approximately 6’0″ tall, weighing 160 lbs., with a dark skin complexion, and afro hair style.
