On Monday, May 29, 2023, at 1740 hours, the following 27-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 109th Precinct in Queens.

NYPD Police Officer
Charges:
- DWI;
- DWAI by alcohol.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
