On Saturday, April 22, 2023, the following 29-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged at 0406 hours within the confines of the 112th Precinct in Queens.

NYPD Police Officer
Charges:
- driving while intoxicated;
- refusal to take breath test;
- driving while ability impaired by alcohol.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
