On Thursday, February 16, 2023, at 0321 hours, the following 35-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 114th Precinct in Queens.

Arrested:

Matthew Hines
NYC Department of Correction

Charges:

  • no / inadequate plate lamp;
  • equipment violation: safety glass;
  • speed violation: imprudent speed;
  • obstruction of governmental adminstration.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
