On Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 0032 hours, the following 44-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 113th Precinct in Queens.

Charges:
- driving while intoxicated;
- refusal to take nreath test.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
