On Friday, April 28, 2023, at approximately 0543 hours, the following 42-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

NYC Department of Correction Employee
Charges:
- assault;
- criminal mischief;
- criminal obstruction of breathing.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
