The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 75th Precinct in Brooklyn.
Details are as follows.

Nelly Ruchkan
77 Vandalia Avenue
Brooklyn, NY 11239
It was reported to the police that Nelly Ruchkan was last seen Wednesday, December 07, 2022, at 2000 hours, inside of her residence.
The missing is described as an 87-year-old female, White, approximately 5’04” tall, weighing 170 lbs., with a medium build, light sjin complexion, brown eyes and blonde hair.
She was last seen wearing a light-blue nightgown.
