The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who has been reported missing from, and resides within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.

It was reported to police that Louis Rosario was last seen on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at approximately 1500 hours at the corner of East 162 Street and Melrose Avenue in the confines of the 42nd Precinct.
The missing is described as a 71-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 5’7” tall, weighing 160 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing a black winter hat, blue coat, black sweatpants, and black “Nike” sneakers.
