On Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at approximately 1941 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an aided person, located at a residential building on W. Farms Road, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival officers observed an 11-month-old female, unconscious and unresponsive.
EMS responded and transported the aided to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where she was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, on November 15, 2024, the Office of Chief Medical Examiner has deemed this incident a homicide.
There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
