The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the parents or guardian of an unidentified child, found within the confines of the 48th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Friday, June 5, 2026, at approximately 1400 hours, in the vicinity of Bronx Park Avenue and East Tremont Avenue, an unidentified child was found without adult supervision.

He was found wearing a red-and-black t-shirt, multicolored shorts, and black “Crocs” sandals

The child was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital for evaluation.

The unidentified child is described as a male, Black, approximately 4 years old, with a black hair.
