The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying the individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who are wanted in connection to a grand larceny, which occurred within the confines of the 34th Precinct / Transit District 3 in Manhattan.
The following has been reported to the police.
On Sunday, January 09, 2022, at approximately 2020 hours, onboard a northbound 1 train, inside the 207th Street subway station, a 32-year-old female was using her cellphone, when an unknown individual snatched the phone from her hands. Inside her cellphone case contained her identification card and a debit card.
The unidentified individuals then attempted to withdraw money from a local ATM and to make purchases with the debit card.
