The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Bronx, NY 10452
It was reported to police that Franklyn Lugo was last seen in the vicinity of E. Tremont Avenue and Grand Concourse on Friday, October 27, 2023, at approximately 0800 hours.
The missing is described as a 32-year-old male, Black, approximately 6’2″ tall, weighing 190 lbs., with a medium-dark skin complexion.
