On Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 2210 hours, the following 39-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 70th Precinct in Brooklyn.

Charges:
- criminal possession of a firearm;
- criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd degree;
- criminal possession of a weapon: firearm in the 4th degree.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
