On Sunday, October 13, 2024, at approximately 0048 hours, the following 33-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged in the confines of the 45th Precinct in the Bronx.

- criminal mischief;
- assault in the 3rd degree;
- criminal obstruction of breathing.
