On Monday, April 28, 2025, at 0745 hours, the following 31-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 49th Precinct in the Bronx.

Charges:
- criminal mischief in the 3rd degree.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
