The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing on Thursday, July 11, 2024, and resides within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

It was reported to police that Emma Kistoo was last seen in the vicinity of Walton Avenue and E. 170th Street, on Thursday, July 11 2024, at approximately 1700 hours.
The missing is described as a 13-year-old female, Black, approximately 5’6” tall, weighing 140 lbs., with a medium-dark skin complexion, dark brown hair, and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jean shorts, and white “Vans” sneakers.
