On Monday, February 21, 2022, at 1557 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot inside of 116-19 Mexico Street, within the confines of the 113th Precinct in Queens.
Upon arrival, police discovered a 23-year-old male face up on the floor of a basement apartment with gunshot wounds to his shoulder, torso and thigh.
EMS responded and transported the male in critical condition to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was subsequently pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
