The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing, and resides within the confines of the 7th Precinct in Manhattan.
Details are as follows.
Missing:
Carlos Recio
675 Water Street
Manhattan, NY 10002
It was reported to police that Carlos Recio was last seen leaving his residence on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at approximately 1800 hours.
The missing person is described as an 81-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 5’7″ tall, weighing 125 lbs., with a light skin complexion, and a slim build.
He was last seen wearing a black “Kangol” hat, gray shirt with stripes, blue jeans and black sneakers.
