The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 68th Precinct in Brooklyn.
Details are as follows.

Boris Ostrovsky
8915 4th Avenue
Brooklyn, NY 11209
It was reported to police that Boris Ostrovsky was last seen leaving his residence on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at approximately 2220 hours.
The missing is described as a 64-year-old male, White, approximately 5’6” tall, weighing 165 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, blue-and-white sneakers, and glasses.
