On Thursday, June 4, 2026, at approximately 0235 hours, New York City Police Department (NYPD) police officers responded to a 911 call of an assault in front of 2151 Grand Concourse, within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed an unidentified adult male with a gunshot wound to the chest and a gunshot wound to the groin.
EMS responded and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.
