On Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at approximately 0658 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an aided male at E. 170 lth Street and Morris Avenue, within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 30-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive with a stab wound to the groin.
EMS responded and transported the aided male to BronxCare Health System, where he was later pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, an unidentified 14-year-old female individual was arrested and charged on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, within the confines of the 44th Precinct.
Charges:
- murder;
- robbery;
- petty larceny;
- grand larceny;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon;
- criminal posession of stolen property.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
