On Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at approximately 1728 hours, opposite 2523 Aqueduct Avenue, within the confines of the 52nd precinct in the Bronx, an individual was driving a motorcycle on a sidewalk when he was struck with a foreign object and subsequently collided with a parked vehicle.
The male sustained body trauma as a result of the collision and was pronounced deceased on scene by EMS.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
