On Saturday, December 27, 2025, at approximately 1825 hours, police responded to 911 call of shots fired inside 1219 Adee Avenue, within the confines of the 49th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed an unidentified male with a gunshot wound to the chest.
Additionally, officers located a 14-year-old male in front of 2909 Laconia Avenue, within the confines of the 49th Precinct, who had sustained a gunshot wound to the left arm.
EMS responded and transported the unidentified male to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi in critical condition, where he was later pronounced deceased.
Police officers from the 49 Precinct transported the 14-year-old male in a marked RMP to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi, where he was listed in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
