On Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at approximately 2253 Hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot in front of 4531 Hill Avenue, within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival officers observed a 32-year-old male with gunshot wounds to the head and shoulder.
The victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following individual was arrested and charged on Monday, May 01, 2023, within the confines of the 47th Precinct.

- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
