On Thursday, May 18, 2023, the following 33-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged in the confines of the 5th Precinct in Manhattan.

- grand larceny;
- official misconduct;
- criminal possession of stolen property.
The investigation remains ongoing.
