On Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at 0658 hours, the following 42-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 45th Precinct in the Bronx.

NYPD Police Officer
Charges:
- assault;
- harassment;
- strangulation.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
