On Saturday, April 30, 2022,the following 32-year-old male New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the Midtown North Precinct in Manhattan.
Arrested:
Franklin Campbell
NYPD Auxiliary Police Officer
Charges:
- DWI;
- refusal to take breath test.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
