On Tgursday, April 28, 2022, the following 45-year-old male New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.

NYC Department of Education Teacher
Charges:
- criminal obstruction of breathing;
- endangering the welfare of a child.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
