The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 7th Precinct in Manhattan.
Details are as follows.
Missing:
Kwai Yung Chow
35 Orchard Street
Manhattan, NY 10002
It was reported to police that Kway Yung Chow was last seen on Monday, November 28, 2022, at approximately 0900 hours, leaving her residence.
The missing is described as a 71-year-old female, Asian, approximately 5’04” tall, weighing 145 lbs.
She was last seen wearing a yellow jacket, black pants, and black sneakers.
