On Tuesday, March 08, 2022, at approximately 2201 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot in the vicinity of W. 19th Street and 9th Avenue (Fulton Houses), within the confines of the 10th Precinct / PSA 4 in Manhattan.
Upon arrival, officers observed two (2) males, shot at the location; victim #1, a 27-year-old male, was shot in the right arm, and victim #2, a 31-year-old male, was shot in the abdomen.
EMS responded to the location and transported both victims to NYC Health + Hospitals / Bellevue, where victim #1 remains in stable condition and victim #2 was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
