The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating the following person, who was reported missing within the confines of the 75th Precinct in Brooklyn.
Details are as follows.

Joel McConney
642 Barbey Street
Brooklyn, NY 11207
It was reported to police that Joel McConney was last seen on Monday, November 28, 2022 at approximately 0800 hours, leaving his residence.
The missing is described as a 37-year-old male, Black, approximately 5’11” tall, weighing 187 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue beanie hat, blue sweatpants, blue sneakers and was carrying a black bag.
