On Friday, January 06, 2023, at approximately 1421 hours, police responded to a 911 call of possible shots, fired inside of an apartment, located inside a residential building at 94 Rockaway Parkway, within the confines of the 67th Precinct in Brooklyn.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 41-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to the chest.
EMS responded and pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
