The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a sexual abuse incident, that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Monday, December 12, 2022, at approximately 1530 hours, the 14-year-old female victim was on board a BX11 bus, approaching the intersection of Shakespeare Avenue and Edward L. Grant Highway,when an unknown male grabbed her upper thigh over her clothing.

When the bus stopped at Shakespeare Avenue the individual exited and fled on foot to parts unknown

The victim was not physically injured.

The individual is described as an adult male in his 50s, approximately 5’09” tall, weighing 170 lbs., with a light skin complexion, and a medium build.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black sneakers and carrying a large black backpack.
