The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a robbery and an assault, which occurred within the confines of the 83rd Precinct in Brooklyn.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at approximately 1300 hours, an unidentified individual entered a deli, located at 879 Broadway.

The individual punched the 68-year-old female victim (store employee) in the face multiple times and forcibly removed cellphone accessories, before fleeing.

A surveillance video clip and a photograph of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
