The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified individual, seen in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is sought in connection with a robbery in transit, which occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct / Transit District 12 in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Sunday, March 06, 2022, at 0415 hours on the southbound 6 train platform of the Brook Avenue subway station, an unidentified individual approached the victim, a 35-year-old male, threatened the victim with physical force, and removed a cellphone and wallet.

The unidentified individual fled the subway system.

The victim was not injured as a result of this incident.
