The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male individual, seen in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is sought in connection with a robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 34th Precinct in Manhattan.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at approximately 1848 hours, an unidentified male individual approached a 62-year-old male victim in front of 4231 Broadway and forcibly removed $200 from his hand.

The individual fled northbound on foot.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The individual is described as an adt male in his 40s or 50s, approximately 6’0 tall, weighing 180 lbs.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket, beige pants and black sneakers.
