The New York Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, seen in the attached surveillance photographs, who is wanted in connection to a robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 121st Precinct in Staten Island.

The following has been reported to police.

On Friday, January 28, 2022, at approximately 0330 hours, the victim, a 49-year-old male, was standing in front of 96 Vreeland Street, when an unidentified male individual approached the victim and pushed him on the ground.

The individual then removed the victim’s wallet, containing approximately $1,000 from his pants pocket and fled on foot eastbound on Vreeland Street to parts unknown.

The victim refused medical attention at the scene.

The unidentified individual is described as an adult male in his 40s, Black, approximately 5’10” tall, weighing 180 lbs., with a medium build.

He was last seen wearing a black hoodie sweater, white jacket, red, white and black sweat pants and white sneakers.
