The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who are wanted in connection to a commercial robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 10th Precinct in Manhattan.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Friday, January 31, 2022, at approximately 2359 hours, five (5) individuals, acting in concert with one (1) another, were involved in the commission of a gunpoint commercial robbery, that occurred inside of Foreign Smokers, located at 110 9th Avenue.

One (1) of the males held a 55-year-old male witness and a 19-year-old male employee at gunpoint, while two (2) other males walked behind the sales counter and removed multiple smoking-related products, valued at $500.

Another male and a female acted as lookouts outside the location during the commission of the robbery.

The individuals fled northbound on 9th Avenue.

No injuries were reported as a result of this incident.

The individuals were observed to be present inside of 412 W. 17th Street and 420 W. 19th Street, both within the confines of the Robert S. Fulton NYCHA housing development, both prior to and after the robbery.
