The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male, seen in the attached surveillance photograph, who is sought in connection with a public lewdness incident, that occurred, in transit, within the confines of the 90th Precinct / Transit District 33 in Brooklyn.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Tuesday, February 08, 2022, at approximately 0930 hours, a 15-year-old female victim was aboard a southbound J train at the Broadway and Marcy Avenue station, when she observed an unidentified male individual with his hands inside his pants and masturbating.
The victim exited the train at March Avenue.
There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
The individual is described as an adult male, approximately 35 years of age, Black, with a medium build, and facial hair.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, gray sweat pants, construction boots, and a gray winter hat.
