The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who is wanted in regards to a grand larceny, that occurred within the confines of the 107th Precinct / Transit District 20 in Queens.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at approximately 0330 hours, inside the NYC Street Subway Station, located at 179th Street and Jamaica Avenue, the 23-year-old male victim realized his wallet, containing several credit cards, was missing.

On Monday, February 28, 2022, he discovered a total of $8,000 worth of unauthorized credit card purchases had been made.

On Saturday, February 26, 2022, an unknown individual was observed on surveillance camera, making cash withdrawals at ATM machines, located at 845 3rd Avenue and 853 Broadway, before fleeing the scene in a black “Audi” SUV to parts unknown.

The individual is described as an adult male, last seen wearing dark colored jeans, a multi-colored hooded sweatshirt with a pattern on the back, face mask and blue sneakers with red laces.
